Do your contractors come equipped with tools to perform the tasks at hand?

All of our independent contractors come fully equipped with laptops and stable internet connections (both primary and backup). On the other hand, access to VOIP (Voice-over-internet-phone) or access to CRM and Contact Management databases is not part of our scope.
