I can’t log in to CrewHub, can you help?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access your profile:

  1. Your internet connection is slow and unreliable. Always double-check your internet connection and refresh the page.
  2. You entered an incorrect password. Assess the spacing, the caps lock button, and the characters you used.
  3. You entered the incorrect email address. Make sure you only use the email address that was used to send you the invitation to create your profile for your hub profile.

If you can't remember your password or email address, you can reset it and create a new one. In any case, if you have already attempted to reset your password and still need help logging in. Here are some options for you.

  • You can contact the recruitment team via email at req@crewbloom.com.
  • You can also contact the recruiter who interviewed you and work together to resolve the problem. Please provide screenshots so your concern can be escalated to our tech team as soon as possible.The recruiter will give you a new password and you need to login again and change your password. Update the recruiter once you’re in.
