My client decided to let me go. What’s the reprofiling process?
A. If a client decides to let go of a contractor and the CSMs deem the contractor eligible for reprofiling, the contractor is then put into a floating status until he/she has been reprofiled to another account.
B. If an active contractor with good performance expresses interest in being reprofiled to another account, they must first submit resignation to their current position. This will give recruitment enough time to look for a suitable replacement on their current account and look for a new account where we can place the active contractor.
Terms
- A contractor can be reprofiled depending on the contractor's previous performance and upon the recommendation of the Success Manager.
- The HR team will endorse the contractor to the Recruitment team.
- The Recruitment team will reach out to the contractor to confirm if the contractor is still willing to be reprofiled.
- Contractors should make sure that their CrewHub profile is always updated so that the Recruitment team can immediately start matching their profiles to CrewBloom’s clients.
- If a contractor is on floating status and is not working, he/she will not be paid. Only active hours tracked on our time-tracking system will be paid.
- There is no specific timeline on when a contractor can be reprofiled. It will depend on the current available opportunities.
- You are always welcome to explore other opportunities outside of CrewBloom while on a floating status and waiting to be reprofiled.
- The Recruitment team will be reaching out to the contractor once he/she is invited for a client interview. A contractor should confirm availability as soon as possible.
