What is the next step in my application?

Once you submit your application via email, our careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job sites that CrewBloom handles, you will receive an update via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours. If your phone number is reachable, you will receive a call for phone screening from the sourcing team.

During the phone screening, you'll be asked simple questions about the job you're applying for and how CrewBloom works. You’ll also be asked questions about your system requirements, as this will help determine if you can proceed to the next step. This is also an opportunity for you to clarify anything that was unclear when you submitted your application about the role and CrewBloom. If you pass or fail the first screening, you will find out via email within 24 hours. If you pass the screening, an email that contains a video interview invite with the time and date and the Google Meet link will be sent to you. Once you receive that email, you must send us a confirmation that you will be able to attend the interview. 

On the day of the interview, you will wait in a room until a recruiter is free to accommodate you. Should you pass the interview and assessment, you will be invited to create a profile on our platform, and as soon as it’s complete, all you need to do is wait to be matched with a client!
