Do you pay by the hour or monthly?

Our independent contractors are paid by the hour, and we pay them every two weeks for the hours worked. CrewBloom uses Veem or Payoneer (where Veem is not available) to process and convert their pay from U.S. dollars to the currency of the contractor.

Our contractors will receive an email notification every time we process payment. Payment computation is available in the Veem portal for those who have chosen Veem as their payment method. Payoneer accounts will have to wait for payment processing every Wednesday, and payment will arrive in three to five business days.

Do note that there may be some delays depending on a contractor’s choice of bank. Once the payment is deposited in the contractor's bank account, another email will be sent to confirm that the payment has been made safely and in full.
