What is a project?

A project is a role and account that have been assigned to you. CrewBloom works with many different clients, and each client gives projects that require certain skills or experience. If you are tasked with providing sales development to a client, that is considered your project. Unless otherwise specified, all projects are full-time possibilities for remote work that are based on Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, Pacific Standard Time, Alaska Time, Hawaii-Aleutian Time, or Mountain Time.

In the event that your current project comes to an end, CrewBloom will look for a new client that best matches your skills and experience.  So long as your performance is up to our standards, we will continue reprofiling you to our clients. For the following reasons, some contractors are no longer eligible for re-endorsement:

• Poor performance
• Frequent connectivity and technical issues.
• Tardiness and absenteeism.
• Lack of engagement and responsiveness.
• Cultural misalignment.
• Integrity Issues
