Can I add bonuses or commissions to my remote staff’s pay?

Yes, we encourage that the remote staff is recognized for achieving significant milestones, or going the extra mile. It would be best to let us know before the next invoicing schedule by emailing accounting@crewbloom.com or by submitting a ticket addressed to accounting using this link . 

Note that 100% of your remote staff bonuses and commissions will be given to them.  However, we will only release bonuses and commissions once the invoice has been paid.
