What is the difference between applicants, candidates, and contractors?

People often confuse these terms, so let us break them down for you. 

APPLICANT----> CANDIDATE----> CONTRACTOR

• Applicants are job seekers who have "applied" for a project. They have either sent their application to us via email, social media, job sites, or directly on our careers page.
   
• Candidates are applicants who passed CrewBloom’s screening process. These candidates have been vetted by recruiters, have verified system requirements, and are ready to be endorsed to CrewBloom’s prospects and clients.
   
• Contractors are candidates to whom an offer has been made and have consequently signed an Independent Contractor Agreement with CrewBloom. They must be actively working for a client of CrewBloom to be considered as contractors.
